I am a relatively healthy person and fortunate to have yearly physical exam shouldered by the company. Thus I have my over-all physical health assessed yearly. So far my BP is normal but I am still overweight thus I am trying to get myself into Running to get rid of those add’l fats and flab that have accumulated through the years. Most of the time, the only reason I am visiting any of these Sta Rosa Hospitals or medical clinics is to accompany my wife and kids who are sick at the time or visit friends or family that is confined there. Maybe its my Dad’s perennial advice got stuck in my subconscious - “ Health is Wealth.” that somehow reminds me not to go astray too much from being a Healthy person.
